Aura monitoring changelog

Changelog of Aura monitoring component for Prodigy Aura Platform release.

Fixed

There were some problems in HTTP inbound/outbound Grafana dashboards per channel and Living App, as latencies were shown as cumulative values and TPM was not displayed as a real number.
This has been resolved, with updated graphics and resolved error values in metrics for the aura-bridge-outbound component.
