The CTO-Aura group aims at achieving that Telefónica’s Artificial Intelligence expands its features and improves the understanding of Telefónica’s users. Aura changes the way in which our customers interact with Telefónica and, from our area, we are focused in improving their experience everyday building new functionalities and refining the existing ones. We also develop analytical models, make Aura available in new channels, with the main goal of making Aura more than a virtual assistant. We work to build new and innovative features and to ease the access to all the services that Telefónica offers.
