As an internal improvement, the naming convention for Qdrant collections has been modified to optimize their cleaning up. Now, when a name is created, a tag is added specifying whether it is of the RAG type or not.
Removed orphaned collections during the generate-db process.

2024-11-19 - Configuration of project retrievers

Project retrievers are responsible for storing the final information that has been generated from the documents. Now, retrievers configuration includes a parameter to modify the number of documents to be extracted by each retriever.

A new channel Rich Communication Services (RCS) is available in Aura.
It is designed to enhance traditional SMS and MMS messaging and enables users to incorporate richer content through chat features like video, images, and other interactive elements.
Aura allows RCS channels to communicate with the users through an application installed by default in their phones, with lower costs than WhatsApp.

2024-11-06 - Fixed error in CLU domain training

Previously, if parallel processes were training domains at the same time and one of the processes could not copy the project, a race condition led CLU to train a new domain instead of using the existing one, causing waste of money and time.
This behavior has been modified and now, if the process fails, it checks if the project already exists in the target location. If so, it will be used instead of importing/creating a new one.

From Jota Quest onwards a change in environment configuration provision regarding channels, applications and skills has been made. All the configuration have been moved to a GitHub repository which is going to be accessible for all the operations teams. This repository will feed Aura installer, so the ground truth for the configuration will be in the repository. Currently, no more changes are needed.

A new top-level section has been included in the Technical Documentation website for Aura Virtual Assistant documentation.
The objective of this new section is to provide contents suitable for both business and product profiles and specialized technical profiles regarding our digital assistant.
In this framework, the information is designed in a pyramidal structure:
- At the top, basic information about Aura Virtual Assistant is provided, understandable for all types of profiles.
- As we move down, we encounter increasingly technical content, with the description of Aura Virtual Assistant functional overview and an introduction to its main components: channels, aura-root and skills.
- The base of the pyramid includes high-level technical documents, which will serve as guides for specialized technical profiles.

A new version of the top-level section ATRIA has been included in the Technical Documentation website, with the objective of providing and continuously improving the contents, suitable for both business and product profiles and specialized technical profiles.
The current release includes key modifications and improvements:
- Introduction to ATRIA: fundamentals and benefits of ATRIA
  - Enhanced clarity through optimized messaging and visual content to understand what ATRIA is
- ATRIA capabilities: description of ATRIA AI-driven functionalities

- ATRIA functional description: overview of the functional processes executed by ATRIA
  - Adjustments and standardization of functional flowcharts

- Building e2e experiences: Schematic overview of the end-to-end workflows for use cases development using ATRIA capabilities
  - Generative and RAG journeys have been refined, including an iterative step for the modification of certain configuration parameters and the testing of results with these adjustments.

  - New section that includes documents with a detailed technical description of ATRIA components.
  - These documents have been migrated from the general section /docs/components/, to separate the components belonging to ATRIA and Aura Virtual Assistant
- Technical guidelines: Comprehensive instructions for particular processes intended for highly-skilled technical teams.
  - Improved content of the document “Modify ATRIA components configuration” with a more detailed definition of parameters
